About the role
This isn't a "make creatives and post on Instagram" internship. Yes, you'll run campaigns, build creatives and manage posting schedules — but that's where the role starts, not where it ends. You'll be working on how Sure grows: understanding why users come, why they stay, and what gets in the way. Growth at an early-stage startup is messy, interesting and consequential. There's no established playbook to follow — you'll help build it. The arc of this role is: understand the user → find the lever → run the experiment → iterate.
What you'll do
- Work on real acquisition and retention problems — paid, organic and lifecycle channels
- Use AI-native workflows for campaign ideation, creative testing and optimisation
- Track and analyse growth metrics: installs, CAC, activation, retention — and actually understand what they mean
- Run experiments across creatives, funnels and onboarding flows and document what you learn
- Collaborate with product and design to improve in-app journeys, not just top-of-funnel
What we're looking for
- You think in systems — you naturally ask what's upstream of a problem before trying to fix the symptom
- Comfortable with numbers without needing to be a data scientist — you can look at a funnel, spot where it breaks and form a hypothesis
- You use AI already — for research, for writing, for figuring things out faster; not because you were told to, because it makes sense
- You have a bias for doing — you'd rather ship a rough experiment and learn than wait for the perfect brief
- Curious about why people make financial decisions the way they do and what it takes to change behaviour
What we offer
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
- Duration: 6 months
- Full-time offer post-internship: CTC ₹8–10 LPA
