About the role
We're looking for a Full Stack Intern who wants to build real products that impact real people — not just complete assignments for a certificate. This isn't about working as told and watching from the sidelines. You'll write code that goes live, solve actual user problems, and work directly with our engineering team to ship features that help people save money on their loans. You can take a user story in the morning, code a solution by afternoon, and have it tested and iterated by evening.
What you'll do
- Build features for our mobile app and internal web tools — from loan calculation engines to user interface components
- Work on our AI-powered analysis tools that help users understand their loan optimisation opportunities
- Integrate with financial data APIs and payment systems
- Collaborate directly with the product and design teams to turn ideas into working code
What we're looking for
- Comfortable with modern web technologies like Go, Python, Node.js, React or Flutter — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be able to build things that work
- Familiar with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and messaging queues like RabbitMQ — or genuinely willing to learn them fast
- You think like a problem-solver first, programmer second — you want to understand what users need before you start coding
- You move fast and aren't afraid to break things in development — you'd rather ship something that works 80% of the time than spend months perfecting something no one will use
- Curious about fintech and AI — you see how technology can make financial decisions clearer and more accessible for everyday people
What we offer
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
- Full-time offer post-internship: CTC ₹10 LPA
- Duration: 6 months full-time, with a real path to a full-time role
- Location: The Playce Millenium, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080 (on-site)
- Interview process: Aptitude test (40 mins) → Technical test (2 hrs) → team interview
